Our work management system provides you with individual login and access to our web based facilities management system.

You can log job requests and follow their progress on a task by task or building by building basis. You can also view when regular maintenance jobs are scheduled and view a list of outstanding or completed jobs.

Monitoring of the system by our management team ensures all faults or repairs are responded to in a timely manner. Each job request has a unique job code and the task is assigned to the specific tradesman completing the works.

Once completed, we will send you a confirmation email confirming that the works have been completed.

Our staff have been provided with a list of daily work practices to help avoid contamination or spread of contamination.

Each of our staff have also been supplied with:

• Sanitiser wipes to wipe down all areas touched including trolleys, work surfaces, door handles, etc
• Hand sanitiser gel and tissues for personal care.
• Latex gloves to prevent direct contamination.
